Collina Strada accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and custom pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping information.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
