Sustainability is at the core of Collina Strada. We use deadstock fabrics, organic materials, and recycled textiles whenever possible, and all our pieces are manufactured in New York City to ensure fair labor practices and a reduced carbon footprint.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain sale items and custom pieces are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
How should I care for my Collina Strada pieces?
To preserve the quality of our unique fabrics and hand-dyed prints, we recommend hand washing in cold water or professional eco-friendly dry cleaning. Always refer to the specific care label on your garment.
When will my pre-order item ship?
Pre-order shipping dates are listed on the individual product pages. These items are crafted with care and will be dispatched as soon as they are ready. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once it ships.
